CHENG MAN CHING STYLE TAI CHI
The originator, Prof Cheng Man Ching, had made Yang Style Tai Chi short and put them in order to 37 postures to cure his own serious lung disease which is Cheng Man Ching Style Tai Chi.

What's wonderfull about this Tai Chi is that it is good for improving overall health, both mind and body. The longer you practice Cheng Man Ching Style Tai Chi, the better you will feel. Cheng Man Ching Style Tai Chi form is like a rotation of earth, never change the speed faster and slower rapidly, always same speed, same feelings and be free from all distracting thoughts, you don't think of a fight, no breathing methods and no transmitting your will. You do this Tai Chi form having the feelings of reaching to be soft like a baby with no muscle strength.
